At Ribas Jewellery, we want you to be completely enamored with your new piece; if you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all jewellery is returned in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-authorized return form.
Secure Your Package
Place the jewellery in its original display box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, including the completed return form and original invoice.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked, insured courier service to send your package back to our central atelier safely.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
